Well, Waise Lee is in trouble, but the highlight of this trip to court is the look on Paul Chu's face when he is clocked by Matthew Wong.

The Big Heat - Shun Tak Centre
So, lets ignore the fact that when Lionel Lo sees the bomb the timer reads '2:30', when he removes it the timer reads '1:30' and when he turns to Philip Kwok, he says "You've got 30 seconds!"
Any how, we're ignoring that and focussing on the fact that time is ticking away and they can't dump it out of the window on to the junction of Pedder Street and Queens Road Central. So, they run... through The Landmark and along Des Voeux Road Central, before cutting down Man Wa Lane where Philip has to take down a couple of cops at the junction with Connaught Road Central, in front of the Sun Tak Centre. Slightly obscured by the elevated version of Connaught Road, which didn't exist back in 1988. Oh, and let's ignore the fact that this is over 800 meters away from their starting location...
And, if we're ignoring those minor details, we won't mind that the location of the building site where they finally dump the bomb is probably about another 500 meters away. Philip Kwok did really well to spot this site from back in Central...

The Big Heat - The Junction of Pedder Street and Queens Road Central
So, after Waise Lee et al visited Betty Mak in her Fo Tan based lab, when they return to see her, they find that she's now located in some prime real estate, overlooking the super busy junction of Pedder Street and Queens Road Central. Not an ideal spot to dispose of a bomb. You should also note that the telephone box is still there; an increasingly rare site, not only in Hong Kong, but worldwide.
The Big Heat - Shek Lau Tung Street
After dropping the tin of milk powder off with Bettie Mak, Waise Lee et al get into their car here and drive off, although they're not alone...
What is super strange, however, is the fact that during the shoot-out that follows, this shot sneaks in, although they're in an alleyway, away from this location.
Oh, and when Waise Lee and Stuart Ong pursue Paul Chu at the end of the film; swing that camera round 180 degrees and boom...

The Big Heat - Junction of Sai Yeung Choi Street South and Nullah Road
This is where Matthew Wong dons his incredible disguise and waits around for Stuart Ong, only to bump into the much more pleasant figure of Joey Wong.
The Big Heat - Harbour Centre
Where van Waise Lee coordinates the operation to freak out Stuart Ong, is parked.
And, a little further along the road from Waise, in the row of shops that stretch along the ground floor level of the Harbour Centre; this is where Phillip Kwok and Lionel Lo run Stuart Ong off the road.

The Big Heat - Chung Yi Street
This is where Waise Lee and Matthew Wong are ambushed; a gun battle and chase begins...
The Big Heat - Kennedy Road
Well, the spot where Philip Kwok parks his jeep is almost unchanged, apart frrom the whitewash has faded, however the buildings across the street have gone. A shame, as it was a really beautiful building.
The Big Heat - Duddell Street
Where Waise Lee arrives on the scene and addresses a hostage situation in a maverick fashion.
