This is where Vincent Wan, Teresa Mo and Sammo Hung go to entrap Tommy Wong. As previously stated, Street View doesn't extend far enough to get a good look at the buildings, so I can't tell if the balcony restaurant is sill there, although I doubt it. Still, looking at this shot and focussing on the topography of the hills, it's pretty clear to see that we're looking across the water from almost the same spot.

Dragons Forever - Sai Kung Yacht Club
Formerly an outpost of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, I'm afraid the Street View doesn't extend far enough to get a good look at the buildings, so I can't tell if the balcony restaurant is sill there, although I doubt it. Still, looking at this shot and focussing on the topography of the hills, it's pretty clear to see that we're looking across the water from almost the same spot, where Jackie Chan takes on a bunch of Shing Fu-On's hoods at the beginning of the film.
