The God Of Cookery - Repulse Bay

This is where Lee Siu-Kei's mind drifts off to, when he tastes the delicious "Pissing Beef Balls". There isn't a Street View which picks up this view, but you can see a lot of it in this Picasa image (thanks to Billy Chan).

Thanks, also, to Phil from the Hong Kong (& Macau) Stuff / Hong Kong (& Macau) Film Stuff blogs, for confirming my hunch.

King Of Comedy - Shek O Health Centre

So, community centre where Stephen Chow is based, is actually the Shek O Health Centre. There isn't really a clear shot of it in the film, but pics online show off its distinctive pink paint job, with turquoise detailing, which make it quite easily identifiable, once you realise the whole film takes place in around ten square feet...

The shot where Stephen first arrives at the Heal Centre, shows him walking past the courtyard that sits on the inland side of the centre; the spot where he sets up for the play (thanks to Fritz Lam for the great pics on Picasa).

Walking a few paces on takes you to to courtyard area at the front of the centre.

A few paces further take you to the tree and doorway.

Then, heading through that doorway, you'll find yourself at Ben's Back Beach Bar (thanks to camel6433 for the great pics on Panoramio).

King Of Comedy - Tin Hau Temple

This is where Cheng Man-Fai takes a beating from Lee Siu-Kei, when Stephen Chow gets distracted by a toddler...

Oh, and there isn't a Street View of the temple, but this Picasa image shows the spot perfectly (thanks to hk.panorama).

King Of Comedy - The Duddell Street Steps and Gas Lamps

Cecilia Cheung first skips into our lives, by descending the Duddell Street steps. Duddell Street isn't covered on Street View, but this pic on Panoramio (thanks to Lo Siu Yuen) catches the steps nicely.

King Of Comedy - Ben's Back Beach Bar

Ben's Back Beach Bar, part of the Shek O Sailing Club (I think?), is where Stephen Chow goes to see if Alex Lam is prepared for his role in the play. The village of Shek O isn't extensively covered on Street View, but a pic from OpenRice.com (thanks to 小連) is a more than adequate substitute.

And, that's it behind Stephen and Cecilia Cheung...

The God Of Cookery - Jumbo Floating Restaurant

What? This counts... Right? So, Jumbo, or at least it's smaller (fake?) neighbour is the home of the final cook-off between Stephen Chow and Vincent Kok. (Panoramio pic thanks to Stewart Walker.)

The God Of Cookery - Lippo Centre Tower 2

Stephen Chow's... err... office (?) is on the balcony of Tower 2 of the Lippo Centre. This shot clearly shows the view from the balcony, looking down and across to the Bank Of China Tower or down and right to the roof of Fairmont House. There isn't a Street View of this balcony, which shouldn't be too much of a shock, but I have placed the marker for this location on the balcony itself, in the centre of the Google Maps image.

The God Of Cookery - Temple Street

Well, more specifically, the Temple Street Night Market, which is where Karen Mok et al are supposed to be based. This shot is taken from the roof of the Yau Ma Tei Car Park Building; not sure why I've never ventured up there to take a similar photograph...
