The location of the opening chase sequence and, supposedly, the "Hong Kong Invitational Marathon 1985", where they're running past Sha Tin Fire Station. The truck jumps into water at the opposite corner of the station to where the marker is, pretty much at the spot where the cycle path now runs across it.
