This is where the opening scene of the film takes place. Not sure if the Bid Barrel Inn is still there though...

This is where Jacky Cheung and Sammi Cheng go for a drink, when Sammi decides to borrow Jacky's car. They also return here for Jacky's birthday later on in the film. Not sure if the place they are at is still open, but it was just on the left as you enter the car park.
9413 - Eastern District Headquarters & North Point Police Station
This is where Francis Ng and Fredric Mao are based; check out the rare cuboid gun turrets, which are rather special. It's also just outside here that the two hitmen attempt to stab Francis.
Flash Point - Empire Apartments

Well, Jackie Chan may have been swung around on the crane, but there's no way he ended up on top of the Towngas (Hong Kong & China Gas Limited) building, but this is where he descends from.

Well, I have no idea where the mall where Jackie Chan works is located, but the building he ends up on the roof of is the North Point Government Office. You can even see the green pipes on the satellite image. On Street View, it is the building on the left, the building on the right being Kodak House Phase 2.
