Well, it's now a clothes shop called Bohemian, it was Eastern Dreams, where Daniel Wu dumps Gillian Chung over a bowl of noodles...

Bullets Over Summer - Merlin Building
This is where Louis Koo follows Lo Meng to, before he is distracted by Michelle Saram. The Merlin Building, once home to Fetish Fashion and Trade Wind Books, although I think they are both gone now. Street View didn't make it down this stretch of Cochrane Street, but you can see the building (kinda), in the centre of the image from Gage Street.
Throw Down - Staunton Street
Having come down Shelly Street, Cherrie Ying pursues a casting agent down Staunton Street...
Fulltime Killer - Former Hollywood Road Police Married Quarters
Looking in to this location from Aberdeen Street, you can see that it is the back of the industrial building where Takashi Sorimachi watched his apartment from. To see the other side just walk down to the junction with Hollywood Road.
Fulltime Killer - The Junction of Pottinger Street, Wellington Street and Lyndhurst Terrace
This is where Takashi Sorimachi is hit by a car in the flashback which explains what happened to his former maid.
Fulltime Killer - Hilltop Plaza
Well, the restaurant which Kelly Lin gets taken to by both Takashi Sorimachi and Andy Lau has gone: the window they were looking out of is just behind the no vehicles sign post.
Fulltime Killer - Shelley Street
Kelly Lin's video shop was on the stretch of Shelley Street, between Staunton Street and Elgin Street. You can't see it on Street View, but you can tell that it is on this stretch, due to the view of the escalator outside the shop and the distinctice red bricks of the building opposite.
Sparrow - Corner of Des Voeux Road Central and Bank Street
Well, it seems as if the phone box has gone, but the spot where Kelly Lin makes a phone call, after her roof-top encounter with Simon Yam et al, was on this corner...
Sparrow - Kom Tong Hall
Err... It seems to be implying that Lo Hoi-Pang is staying in the Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum...
Tiger Cage - The Cenotaph
After heading across Statue Square, Ng Man Tat wanders over to the Cenotaph, to retrieve a case from a car which is parked outside the Sweden Consulate.
Tiger Cage - Queen's Road Steps
The steps which lead down on to Queen's Road Central from the Central Government Offices, are where Donnie Yen begins tailing Ng Man Tat, who has just exited the HSBC Headquarters Building opposite.
City On Fire - Lan Kwai Fong
Well, after being beaten by the cops. I'm pretty sure that Chow Yun Fat is dropped off at the top of Lan Kwai Fong, which he stumbles down accordingly. Lan Kwai Fong isn't covered on Street View, but this Panoramio image shows the same (but very, very different) view (thanks to Slong_Ooi).
9413 - Alleyway
The alleyway where Francis Ng tells the witness not to do anything foolish in court. The alleyway isn't on Street View, as that stretch of Wellington Street hasn't been covered, but you can see the end of it in the centre of the image, where it comes out opposite California Fitness.
9413 - La Dolce Vita 97
Where the witness that Francis Ng is chasing down attempts to hide. Lan Kwai Fong isn't on Street View, so the pic is from OpenRice.com (thanks to g189).
