There isn't a Street View that shows any of the details or a Panoramio / Picasa pic which shows the panorama, the sign and the distinctive concrete parasols, but there is a good Panoramio image which shows the panorama (in daylight) and the sign as it now looks (thanks to johnsonso).

The Lunatics - Corner of Kai Tin Road and Lei Yue Mun Road
Well, the junction has been changed into a roundabout, with the construction of Kwun Tong Bypass and the Eastern Harbour Crossing, the shanty town has been replaced with trees and, unfortunately, the big concrete 'Kwun Tong District Board' cubes have gone. Still, this spot is still totally recognisable as the location where we are introduced to Chow Yun-Fat.
The Lunatics - Yau Ma Tei Market
This is the market where the film's opening scene takes place; Tony Leung gets a little confused and needs the careful guidance of Stanley Fung to calm him and his large chopper down.
