Bullets Over Summer - Merlin Building
This is where Louis Koo follows Lo Meng to, before he is distracted by Michelle Saram. The Merlin Building, once home to Fetish Fashion and Trade Wind Books, although I think they are both gone now. Street View didn't make it down this stretch of Cochrane Street, but you can see the building (kinda), in the centre of the image from Gage Street.
Bullets Over Summer - Yacht Street
So, having walked up some steps in Sai Wan, Francis Ng and Louis Koo find themselves in Tin Hau.
These two captures show the four frontages that are shown on the Street View image: the entrance to Lo Meng's building, the pet shop, real estate agency and the laundrette where Stephanie Lam works. All still there, barring the laundrette, which is now another real estate agency.
Spin round and you'll see the entrance to Golden Court, which is the building where Helena Law's apartment is.

Bullets Over Summer - Sands Street Steps
This is the set of steps which divides the upper and lower sections of Sands Street: as well as featuring in this scene, I could be easily convinced that the junction with the other steps (halfway up)is where the opening scene with Francis Ng and Louis Koo takes place...
Bullets Over Summer - Tin Shui Wai Footbridge
Here's the spot where Francis Ng and Louis Koo question Wayne Lai.
Now, this one might be up for debate, although I'm almost completely convinced. This is the only spot I can think of which has bridges built in this style, with that variety of decorative wall, running along the waterside. The topography - small hill in top left of capture - also matches.
The Street View image shows the bridge that I believe is in the background of the scene in the film, there's too much foliage around the actual one to get an good shot of it.

SPL - Lower Cheung Sha Beach
Where the film opens and closes. The south of Lantau isn't covered by Street View, but this Panoramio image which shows the same view out to sea (thanks to Francistanga).
SPL - Under the Fanling Highway
So, under the Fanling Highway, where the slip road runs down to Fan Kam Road, is the five-a-side / basketball court, where Wu Jing turns up and ambushes Ken Cheung, whilst Donnie Yen looks on. Been looking for this one for a while...
SPL - Nam Sang Wei
The area where Vincent Sze is discovered. The group walk from the woods at the end of Nam Sang Wei Road, towards this spot. The placemark may not be in the exact location, but it should be very close.
SPL - New Territories Fanling District Court
The building used for the film's Western District Police Station, where Simon Yam et al are based.
Juliet In Love - Nam Sang Wai Waterway
This is the stretch of water where Francis Ng and the baby go for a little bit of light, headache relieving, boating. The Street View image is taken looking over at the chimneys of the industrial estate, the boat would be in the stretch of water which leads up to the larger channel.
The house is just a little further down the on the Nam Sang Wai side.

Juliet In Love - Kiu Hung Road
Sandra starts her driving lesson by buying some chestnuts, Francis Ng sits on the bus. If you follow the road south, you'll reach the dead end where the tire gets changed...
Flash Point - Bride's Pool Road
Well, this is the spot where Louis Koo dives out of a moving vehicle, when he's been sussed out by Collin Chou. The screen cap shows the car in mid-skid, at the junction with Wu Kau Tang Road, just before it turns to knock Louis down a slope (further along Bride's Pool Road), when he rolls out on to a grass verge (further along Bride's Pool Road)...
Flash Point - Abandoned House
This abandoned house is where the final fight between Donnie Yen and Collin Chou takes place. For reference, the running round in the long grass takes place in the space between here and the end of Nam Sang Wei Road. Again, there's no Street View coverage, but this Panoramio image shows the house, complete with someone sitting on the roof (thanks to G374).
Flash Point - Chung Hau Yu Man San Tsuen
This is a tiny little village in Nam Sang Wei (Yuen Long); it's where the exchange of Ray Lui for Louis Koo and Fan Bing-Bing takes place. Now, there isn't Street View coverage and I can't find an image which has both jetties on it, but this Panoramio image shows the view across the water; the panorama is unmistakable and you can match up quite a few of the trees etc (thanks to samshum).
Flash Point - North Kowloon Magistracy
Well, it was the North Kowloon Magistracy, it is now the Hong Kong campus of the Savannah College of Art and Design. It is also where Louis Koo goes to testify (or not) against Ray Lui, who promptly gets a Donnie Yen beat down, as he walks out...
Flash Point - Eastern Street
Well, I'm not sure which hospital they're supposed to have come from (as they were in St Teresa' Hospital, Kowloon), but when they start running downhill, Donnie Yen is chasing Xing Yu down Eastern Street. It's the stretch which runs between High Street and Hospital Road.
