So, for some reason best known to myself, I'd decided that this wasn't the correct location. Thankfully the voice of reason, that's the marvellous Phil (from the marvellous Hong Kong (& Macau) Stuff / Oriental Sweetlips & Hong Kong (& Macau) Film Stuff blogs). Of course, the supports for the overhead Kwun Tong Bypass didn't exist when Chow Yun-Fat drove his car on to the pier...

The Killer - Sir Cecil's Ride
This funny little road on Mount Butler is where the scene between Chow Yun-Fat and Paul Chu talk about how the world has moved on without them. I'm not exactly sure which of the little bends is the exact location, but I would imagine it is only yards away from the placemark.
This road isn't covered on Street View, but this Panoramio image does the best job of showing part of the same view over the island (thanks to DannyCheng ).

The Killer - To Tau Village Beach
Right, thanks to Phil, from the excellent Hong Kong (& Macau) Stuff / Oriental Sweetlips blog, the location of the post assassination shoot-out on the beach has been pinpointed. It's a small beach in front of the To Tau Village. It hasn't been covered on Street View (no surprise there), but there's some great pics on Panoramio (thanks to je4son, songallery and thinsing).
The Killer - Happy Mansion
Home of Sally Yeh.
This one was really tricky to find, as you only really get the interior shots and the scene on the roof. Sure, it's adjacent to a quite distinctive looking apartment block, but trying to find one apartment block in the hundreds (if not thousands!) in Hong Kong is a thankless task. Still, in the scene where Sally Yeh arranges to meet Chow Yun-Fat at the airport, you can see the top of the HSBC Headquarters Building and the St John Building out of her window. By judging the angle and height of the two buildings in relation to where they were being viewed from, it wasn't long until I found the apartment block which looms over Sally's apartment. And, even though there isn't a Street View image of Happy Mansion, using the shape of the roof and the structure on top if it, one can deduce that it is, indeed, the same location.

The Killer - Sai Kung Promenade
The promenade at Sai Kung is where Teddy Yip goes to participate in the Painting of the Dragon's Eyes Ceremony, at the Dragon Boat Festival.
The Killer - Kau Yan Church
Now, this isn't 'the church', but the church that is opposite Chow Yun-Fat's apartment in Sai Wan, on the corner of High Street and Western Street. There's a shot in the film which looks up at the apartment, from the church steps, and it has since been replaced by a high-rise block.

The Killer - Fenwick Pier
This is the location of the arms deal that Kenneth Tsang and Danny Lee head to, where the chase which ends on the tram begins. The tram sequence takes place on Hennessy Road, although there aren't really any good exterior shots which last more than a second, so I'm not going to include it.

The Killer - D'Aguilar Street
Now, I'm not sure if this is where the Stardust (?) bar, where Sally Yeh was singing, was and it certainly isn't there now. It is, however, the street where Chow Yun-Fat beats up a couple of potential muggers, saving Miss Yeh from them.
