Fulltime Killer - Shelley Street

Kelly Lin's video shop was on the stretch of Shelley Street, between Staunton Street and Elgin Street. You can't see it on Street View, but you can tell that it is on this stretch, due to the view of the escalator outside the shop and the distinctice red bricks of the building opposite.

The Accidental Spy - Shelley Street

Well, it seems as if Jackie Chan is working in the Kinwick Centre, exiting on the stretch of Shelley Street between, Hollywood Road and Staunton Street, before meeting up with Eric Tsang on the escalators.

You can't get a good look down this stretch on Street View, but this pic on Panoramio shows the same spot (thanks to Percy Tai 漆園童).

Heart Of Dragon - Shelley Street / Caine Road

So, Shelley Street seems to be a prominent player in the film; a location which is made all the more tricky to recognise, as it is not the street which the Mid-Level Escalators run up. A massive thanks to wonderful Phil (from the excellent Hong Kong (& Macau) Stuff / Oriental Sweetlips & Hong Kong (& Macau) Film Stuff blogs) who spotted these locations.

This is where Jackie Chan And Sammo Hung live; it's at the junction with Caine Road. Street View does go along Shelley Street (no shock there) and there isn't a Panoramio image which shows the same spot as it is today, so I just thought I'd show the junction, escalator and the Blue/Maroon building which is visible to the right of the walkway in the screen cap.

Jiang Hu: The Triad Zone - Shelley Street

The stretch of the Mid-Level Escalators that runs up Shelley Street, between Staunton Street and Elgin Street, is the location of the final encounter between Tony Leung / Samuel Pang and Sandra Ng / Jo Kuk.

Chungking Express - The Apartment

Well, I've found the spot, although the building seems to have been renovated and turned into an Indian restaurant. There's two shots looking out of the apartment which give away its location.

One of Tony Leung looking into the apartment, after seeing Faye Wong throwing paper aeroplanes and one of of Faye cowering, after being confronted by Tony at the door of his apartment. They both clearly show the frontage of Former Central Police Station Compound, looking up Old Bailey Street, with the kink in the Mid-Level Escalators at the junction of Hollywood Road and Cochrane Street also shown.
