This is the temple where the new staff are whipped into shape. Street View doesn't make it down Fu Shing Street, but this Panoramio image shows it off nicely (thanks to Li Wai On ).

Chicken And Duck Talk - Yan Hing Street
So, after a long time searching (this is actually the second time I have attempted to spot the locations from this film), I finally found the street where ninety percent of the film takes place. The shops on the chicken side of the street remain almost identical, whilst a newer build has absorbed the duck side...
The first shop on the right (white sign, red lettering) is where Michael Hui's duck shop was, the second on the left (yellow sign, red lettering) is where Lawrence Ng's chicken shop was.
