Colour Of The Truth - Abandoned House

The makeshift cocaine processing plant is one of the many abandoned, derelict houses which seem to litter rural Hong Kong; here we're on the Sha Lo Tung plateaux, in the hills above Tai Po.

Today it's a double thanks to the wonderful Phil from the always incredible Hong Kong (& Macau) Stuff / Hong Kong (& Macau) Film Stuff blogs. Not only did he spot the location, but also provided one of his own snaps, as this isn't covered by Street View. Thanks Phil!.

Colour Of The Truth - Gold Coast Piazza

Labelled on Google Maps as Marina Magic Shopping Mall, the roof of the Gold Coast Piazza is where Anthony Wong, Raymond Wong, Jordan Chan and Gilian Chung have their final showdown. The Street View only covers the opposite side of the building, but that's good enough. And, certainly better than the cloudy satellite image.

Colour Of The Truth - Champagne Court

This is the entrance to Champagne Court that Anthony Wong et al take, when they are lured there by Terrence Yin's phone call, only to be ambushed in a 'Three Amigos' style. Spin the Street View found 180° and you'll see the Miramar Carpark (sic) sign.

Colour Of The Truth - Fat Jong Temple

This is the temple where the ashes of Lau Ching-Wan and Francis Ng are housed. After Jordan Chan leaves, Anthony Wong and Raymond Wong talk in the main part of the temple.

The inside of the temple isn't on Street View, but this pic shows the same spot (thanks to Martin Williams).

Colour Of The Truth - Convention Plaza Apartments

Well, it isn't the roof of a police station and there's no Street View, but the satellite image from Google is more than adequate to place this spot.

Colour Of The Truth - Fook Yuen Mansion

This is the building that Anthony Wong and his team are staking out, when Terrence Yin and his cronies turn up to buy some guns.

Colour Of The Truth - Yau Ma Tei Police Station

The police station where Raymond Wong begins his career in the police.

Colour Of The Truth - Anchor Street Playground

The football pitch, where Jordan Chan swoops in to protect the young Cola (actor unknown).

Colour Of The Truth - Woosung Street

Whilst Lau Ching Wan is off meeting Francis Ng, the cops arrive on Woosung Street.

And, rather strangely, after mentioning Champagne Court on Kimberley Road and filming a scene there, it is this location which is used (again) for the aftermath of Carl Ng's stabbing...

Colour Of The Truth - Temple Street

The opening shots of the film are taken from an aerial position, just above this spot, looking one way and then another along Temple Street.

The shot used when gunshots are heard, shows people looking up at the building on the junction of Temple Street and Shanghai Street, essentially a very similar position, but at street level.
